Tobago:

Little Tobago, off Tobago's Atlantic coast, is a bird sanctuary and breeding ground of sea birds, such as the Red-Billed Tropic Bird, as well as a favored dive spot, featuring manta rays with wingspans of 12 feet.  Daily boat trips are available to reach this tiny island, where 33 species of birds breed.

There is also good snorkeling at the beach near Arnos Vale Hotel, off the shores of Man O War Bay Cottages, and at Blue Waters Inn in Speyside.
